By way of filing the instant petition, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned FIR No. 288/2022 registered with the Police Station Murlipura, District Jaipur (West) for the offences under Sections 376(2)(n) and 377 IPC and Sections 3(1)(x) and 3(1)(xii) of Sct/ST Act. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the complainant- respondent submits that after investigation, the Police has submitted the Final Report (Negative). Hence under the changed circumstances, this petition has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay (2 of 2) [CRLMP-5903/2022] application as well as all pending application(s), if any, also stand dismissed. 4. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to move an application for revival of this petition and recall of this order, in case Final Report (Negative) is not submitted in the impugned FIR.
