JUSTICE ANOOP KUMAR DHAND Order 19/05/2026 1. By way of filing the instant petition, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned F.I.R. No.371/2021 registered with the Police Station Kaman, District Bharatpur for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 323, 341 & 382 IPC, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. At the outset, learned Asst. Government Advocated apprised this Court that after thorough investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted against the petitioners before the concerned Court on 29.05.2023, hence under the changed circumstances, the instant petition has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the instant criminal (2 of 2) [CRLMP-9289/2022] misc. petition granting liberty to submit application under Section 320 Cr.P.C. before the concerned Court. In case, such application is submitted, appropriate orders would be passed by the concerned Court expeditiously, as early as possible. 4.
