1. The present writ petition has been filed the under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to allow as well as to grant permission to the petitioner by issuing necessary No Objection Certificate (NOC) to pursue her Compulsory Rotating Medical Internship (CRMI) from the list of Colleges of State of Haryana attached to Medical Council of India, as per the list (Annexure P-4) as expeditiously as possible by keeping in view the facts and circumstances involved in the present case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the relief sought in the present writ petition has been granted.
