(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 407 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for transfer of case bearing No.SC/80/2022 titled as ‘State of Punjab Versus Karanveer Singh’ in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur arising out of FIR No.272 dated 05.12.2021 under Sections 307, 365, 323, 447, 148, 149, 120- B of IPC read with Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur to Court of competent jurisdiction at Chandigarh or any Sessions Division in the State of Haryana. 2. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with the directions to the Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur to transfer the case bearing No.SC/80/2022 titled as ‘State of Punjab Versus Karanveer Singh’ arising out of FIR No.272 dated 05.12.2021 under Sections 307, 365, 323, 447, 148, 149, 120-B of IPC read with Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur to the appropriate Court at Chandigarh in accordance with law. 5.
