By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned FIR No.80/2021 registered with Police Station Kishanganj, District Baran for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 34 IPC. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the investigation in the instant matter was done by more than 7-8 Investigating Officers and finally, a charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner No.2-Gayatri before the concerned Court and against her minor son, who is a juvenile, before the Juvenile Justice Board. He further submits that after (2 of 2) [CRLMP-2552/2022] investigation in the impugned FIR, the involvement of the petitioner No.1 was not found to be proved and the police has submitted final report negative qua the petitioner No.1 before the competent Court. Counsel submits that under the changed circumstances, the instant petition has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, this Court is of the view that no cause of action survives with the petitioners to continue with this petition and under the changed circumstances, the instant petition has become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the instant criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. The stay application and all pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed. (ANOOP KUMAR DHAND),J KuD/7
