1. By way of filing this criminal misc. petition, a prayer has been made for issuing directions to the Investigating Officer for making fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.431/2022 registered with the Police Station Rajgarh District Alwar for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 337 & 304-A IPC.

At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court that after investigation in the instant matter, the Police has submitted final report negative on 19.12.2023 before the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No.01, Rajgarh, hence, under these circumstances, this criminal misc. petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. Considering the above, the instant criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay application as well as all pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
4. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to submit appropriate application for redressal of his grievances before the concerned court.
5. The factual report so furnished by the concerned SHO is ordered to be taken on the record.
