By way of filing the instant petition, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned FIR No. 374/2022 registered with Police Station Bajaj Nagar, District Jaipur City(East) for the offences under Sections 302, 201 and 120-B IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor has apprised this Court on the basis of the factual report furnished by the SHO, Police Station Bajaj Nagar, Jaipur (East) wherein it has been mentioned that after investigation in the matter, no case was (2 of 2) [CRLMP-8267/2022] found to be proved against the petitioner and the allegations were found to be false, hence a Final Report (Negative) has been submitted by the Investigating Agency before the concerned Court on 19.08.2023. Hence, under the changed circumstances, this petition has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
