By way of filing the instant petition, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned FIR No. 233/2022 registered with Police Station, Chomu, Jaipur (West) for the offence punishable under Section 376 IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court that after thorough investigation, the police has submitted the (2 of 2) [CRLMP-6449/2022] Final Report (Negative) in the aforesaid FIR on 27.02.2022, hence under the changed circumstances, this petition has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
