The said FIR is stated to be pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gurugram. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars and by invoking the appropriate provisions of law. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
