Aurangabad (Rural), for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 r/w. Sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 4 of Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019. The Petitioner seeks directions to the Respondents to forward the Charge-sheet to the concerned Court and further directions to the concerned Court to take cognizance of the matter. 2. There is a note under the signature of Resource Personnel Shri. M. L. Ghule dated 27.04.2026 stating that the Accused in the Crime No.231/2022 were tried and acquitted by the learned Trial Court by Judgment and Order dated 06.01.2026 in RCC No.155/2023.
