Learned counsel further contend that the trial has so far not commenced and no witness has been examined. As per case of the prosecution, there are 38 witnesses yet to be examined. It is further submitted that there is no allegation that any of the appellants has misused the concession of interim bail granted in their favour. 5 Accordingly the interim orders dated 30.08.2022 passed in CRA-D-686-2022 titled as Baljinder Singh @ Billa Vs. State of Punjab, CRA-D-687-2022 titled as Lovepreet Singh @ Love Dhillon Vs. State of Punjab, CRA-D-678-2022 tilted as Mohit Sharma @ Lacchi Vs.
