The parties have settled their inter se disputes and Agreement to Sell dated 3rd April, 2026 has been entered into between the defendant and the plaintiffs, in terms of which the plaintiffs have agreed to sell and the defendant has agreed to purchase the plaintiffs’ 50% undivided share in the subject property for a sum of Rs.8,50,00,000/-. In terms of the said Agreement to Sell, the sale deed shall be executed within four (4) months This is a digitally signed order. The aforesaid Agreement to Sell has been placed on record. 3. The defendant has also filed an affidavit on 19th May, 2026 before this Court, affirming the aforesaid Agreement to Sell. 4. Counsel for the parties, on instructions from the parties who are present in Court, affirm the terms of the aforesaid settlement and submit that they shall fully abide by the terms of the Agreement to Sell. 5. In view of the aforesaid settlement, the present suit stands disposed of. 6. Liberty is given to the parties to approach the Court, in the event of any further grievance, including the non-implementation of the Agreement to Sell.
