The present Appeal challenges an order dated 28th October 2021 which was an ad-interim order directing the parties to maintain status quo till the next date. For various reasons that are not required to be set out in this order, the matter before the Trial Court has thereafter not proceeded with. The parties shall place a copy of this order before the Trial Court who is directed to fix the matter at a particular date and ensure that the Exhibit- 5 Application preferred by the original Plaintiff is heard and disposed of no later than 31st March 2026. (ii) All the contentions of the parties are kept open. (iii) The present Appeal from Order is disposed of in terms of the above order. There shall be no order as to costs. (iv) All pending Interim Applications taken out in the present Appeal from Order if any, also stand disposed of in terms of this order, and all interim orders passed therein, if any, shall stand vacated.
