The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to produce entire record of selection and after perusing the same issue writ in the nature of certiorari/mandamus/prohibition directing the respondents to consider and appoint the petitioner by issuing appointment letter to the post of Skill Assistant Professor (Mechanical Engineering). Further, to appoint the petitioner from the date when Sunil Kumar Sharma has been appointed and also grant all consequential benefits from the date when similarly placed persons were appointed to the post of Skill Assistant Professor (Mechanical Engineering). Further, for issuance of a writ in the nature of prohibition restraining the respondents to fill up the post which were advertised by the respondents against which the petitioner has competed. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents-University submits that he has no objection to the same and the break-up of the marks obtained by the petitioner in the written examination, presentation and interview shall be supplied to the petitioner within a period of two weeks. 4. In view of the submissions made by counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of. The respondents-University is directed to provide the break-up of the marks obtained by the petitioner in the written examination, presentation and interview within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
