Learned counsel for the petitioners further prays that respondents No.2 and 3 be bound down not to resile from the compromise. The said factual position is not disputed by learned counsel appearing for respondents No.2 and 3.
In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the liberty granted is only on the request of the counsel for the petitioner and is not a direction.
