In terms of the aforesaid settlement agreement, the Registry is directed to release the amount of Rs.33,00,000/- to the first party/petitioner, as set out in Clause 1(e) thereof. 4. The accrued interest on the aforesaid amount shall be released to the second party/respondent in accordance with Clause 2 of the aforesaid settlement agreement. 5. Let the needful be done by the Registry as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one week from today. 6. With the aforesaid directions and binding the parties to the aforesaid undertaking, the present petition stands disposed of.
