This order shall dispose of two writ petitions i.e. CWP-23494- 2022 and CWP-24440-2022 as the issues involved in both these cases are same. 2. In the present petition, the only challenge was that there are bogus votes, which should not be taken into consideration for the Haryana Assembly Election qua the constituency concerned. It may be noticed that after the filing of the writ petition, fresh elections have also been held in the year 2024. 3. Further, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, which VANITA 2026.05.20 15:53 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order and judgment CWP-23494-2022 and CWP-24440-2022  clearly shows that keeping in view the fact that the election have already been held, therefore, it can be safely presumed that petitioner might not be interested in pursuing the present petition. 4. Dismissed for non-prosecution. 5. It may be noticed that in case grievance of the petitioner still exists, he can approach the Haryana State Election Commission for redressal of the same. 6. Both the petitions stand disposed of. 7. A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of connected case(s).
