In view of the compromise terms, the first appeal is disposed. The civil application, if any, stand disposed of. 4. The respondent No. 2/Insurance Company shall deposit the amount of remaining compensation of Rs. 2,60,000/- (Rs. Two Lakh Sixty Thousand only) within a period of four (04) weeks from today in terms of compromise. The claimants are entitled to withdraw an amount of Rs. 2,60,000/- (Rs.
