This petition challenges the order dated 9.9.2019, passed in MJC No. 81/2019, by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Wardha whereby it has partly allowed the application and the applicants were permitted to withdraw some of the amount of award. After permitting withdrawal of some of the amount, the learned Tribunal has directed deposit of remaining amount in FDR for five years which has been challenged in this petition. 3. It appears that period of five years has already been passed from the date of impugned order, hence, this petition becomes infructuous by the passage of time, perhaps, that may be the reason, nobody appears on behalf of the petitioners.
