At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present writ petition can be closed by granting liberty to the petitioner to file a complaint to the respondent no. 4, i.e., the Superintendent of Police, Vigilance, Government of Manipur, for redressing his grievances raise in this present writ petition. Mrs. Ch. Sundari, learned GA appearing for the respondents submitted that she has no objection. In view of the submission made above, the present writ petition is hereby closed. Needless to mentioned that the petitioner is at liberty to file a complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Vigilance, Government of Manipur, if so desired, for redressing his grievances.
