The accompanying Appeal preferred by the Respondent, has been dismissed vide Order dated 26.02.2026. The Application of the Respondent No. 2 is allowed and the amount so deposited along with the interest by the Appellant, in terms of the Order dated 19.12.2022, be released to the Respondent No.2, subject to his identification and filing of an Affidavit that no further Appeal has been preferred against the impugned Judgment. 3.
