In view of the fact that settlement has been arrived at between the Parties, the petition is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 23.02.2026 entered into between the Parties. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 5. The Parties shall be bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 23.02.2026. 6.
