It has been submitted that during the pendency of the writ petitioner, the petitioner has been appointed under the Die-in-Harness Scheme and that the petitioner has already joint service. The learned counsel accordingly prays for closing this writ petition as infructuous. Ms. Anamika, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner endorsed the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the present writ petition is hereby closed as infructuous.
