Challenge in the present revision petition is to order dated 31.05.2022 whereby application filed by the plaintiff-respondents under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been allowed and the defendant-petitioners were restrained from interfering in the peaceful possession of the plaintiff- respondents. The appeal filed by the defendant-petitioners was also dismissed. 2. There appears to be a serious dispute as to whether the plaintiff- respondents are in possession or the defendant-petitioners are in possession of the suit property. At this stage, without analyzing the evidence on record, it would be difficult to come to a conclusion as to who is in possession of the suit property. 3.
