It has been more than 07 months, since the above-mentioned order has been passed. 3. Today, when the matter was called out, once again learned counsel representing the Appellant prays for an adjournment. 4. Accordingly, last and final adjournment is granted, subject to payment of costs in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousands Only) payable by the Appellant directly to the ‘Poor Patients Fund under the aegis of AIIMS, New Delhi’.
