1. On 26.09.2025, the following order was passed:
“1. On 19.02.2025, a Coordinate Bench of this Court passed the following order:
“1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that settlement talks between the parties are still ongoing.
2. While adjourning the matter at the request of learned counsel for the appellant, we make it clear that no further adjournment will be granted to the parties on this ground.
3. List on 29.07.2025.”
2. It has been more than 07 months, since the above-mentioned order has been passed.
3. Today, when the matter was called out, once again learned counsel representing the Appellant prays for an adjournment.
4. Accordingly, last and final adjournment is granted, subject to payment of costs in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousands Only) payable by the Appellant directly to the ‘Poor Patients Fund under the aegis of AIIMS, New Delhi’. The proof of payment of costs shall be filed within a period of four weeks.
5. List on 13.01.2026.”
