The solitary point raised by learned counsel for the appellants is that the Tribunal erred in determining the income of the deceased @ Rs.8,000/- per month, which is on the lower side. However, learned counsel could not dispute that on the date of accident, as per the notification issued by the Government of Punjab, Department of Labour, the minimum wages for an unskilled worker .8,077/- per month.
