It is submitted by the petitioner, who is appearing in person that only part compliance of the Writ Court order dated 02.8.2022 has been made; inasmuch as nothing has been paid to him for the increment on the post of clerk held by him.
Learned counsel for the State has controverted the above said submissions on behalf of petitioner and has referred to the reply dated 04.9.2024. It is submitted that thereafter the petitioner, have also been duly released to him alongwith interest thereupon.
The petitioner strongly assertions of the learned State counsel and submits that all payments due to him have not been released.

2 It is submitted by the petitioner, who is appearing in person that only part compliance of the Writ Court order dated 02.8.2022 has been made; inasmuch as nothing has been paid to him for the increment on the post of clerk held by him. rned counsel for the State has controverted the above said submissions on behalf of petitioner and has referred to the reply dated 04.9.2024.
