Grievance of the petitioner is that Plot Nos. 238-Ka and 238-Kha, measuring 270 square meters, of Village Bhaluhi Madaripatti, Tehsil: Kasya, District Kushinagar, have been taken over by respondent Nos.3 and 4 without any acquisition and without paying any compensation. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, Shri Rajeev Gupta, submits that the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy as per the Government Order dated 12.05.2016. 4. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, since the petitioner is only interested in the compensation and not in getting the land back, we are of the considered view that, in case the petitioner moves an application in pursuance of the Government Order dated 12.05.2016, the same shall be considered and decided after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. 5.
