Petitioner has filed this revision petition to challenge the impugned order dated 05.09.2022 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Varanasi in Case No.636 of 2019, titled Smt. Monika Vs. Anand, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., registered at Police Station Cantt., district Varanasi, whereby her application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been accepted and the opposite party no. 2 was directed to pay monthly maintenance of Rs. 15,000 to the petitioner from the date of the order. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the revision petition and prays for withdrawal. The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
