After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents are agreeable that the Deputy Director of the concerned Zone of Directorate of Education shall call the representative of the petitioner and the representative of the respondent No. 3 school with their record and after hearing the parties shall form an opinion regarding the following: i. Whether the increase in Tuition Fee of respondent No. 3 school from the year 2021 onwards is in accordance with the judgment of Modern School v. Union of India, (2004) 5 SCC 583 and the applicable law. ii. That whether the petitioners have paid the permissible chargeable fee to respondent No. 3. 3.
