The terms of the settlement are contained in Settlement Agreement dated 20.11.2024 arrived at through mediation under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. 2. Counsel for the parties submit, that as recorded in the settlement agreement, the sum of Rs. 6 lacs lying deposited in the learned trial court by way of 03 demand drafts of Rs. 2 lacs each in the name of Sh. Daya Ram (since deceased) are to be redrawn/revalidated in the name of Smt. Rama Devi, who is the power of attorney holder of all the legal representatives of late Sh. Daya Ram; and the said sum is be released to the said Smt. Rama Devi, in compliance of the terms of the settlement agreement. A copy of Settlement Agreement dated This is a digitally signed order. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed-of with a direction to the learned trial court to release the demand drafts lying deposited in that court to Smt. Rama Devi through counsel, after verifying their credentials. 4. Furthermore, the Bank of Baroda, Shahdara Branch is directed to reissue/revalidate the said 03 demand drafts in the name of Smt. Rama Devi and deliver the same to Smt. Rama Devi, after verifying her credentials. Let the needful be done within 02 weeks of the parties approaching the bank for the purpose. 5.
