1. This is a joint application filed on behalf of the plaintiff as well as the defendant under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties submit that the inter se disputes have been resolved and the terms of settlement have been reduced into writing in the Settlement Agreement dated 22.10.2025. The said Settlement Agreement has been appended to the present application.
3. This Court has perused the terms of Settlement Agreement and finds them lawful. The terms of Settlement appear to be within the contours of Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
4. There would be no impediment in case the suit is decreed in terms thereof. The parties are bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.
5. The Settlement Agreement dated 22.10.2025 is taken on record.
6. Let a decree sheet be drawn up in terms of Para 16 of the said Settlement This is a digitally signed order.
