He further submits that right now there is no reverse order. Under the circumstances, Mr. Toliya, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the group of petitions. Permission as sought for is granted. The group of petitions stand disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case. Notice is discharged. Interim relief, if any, granted earlier is vacated forthwith.
