In terms of the aforestated order of this Hon’ble Court, directions have been given on the Port authorities to make payment to enable the petitioner’s daughter, who is presently reading in college, to continue with her higher studies. 3. Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. 4. The order dated April 9, 2024 is confirmed and made absolute. 2 5.
