Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act provides an appeal against grant or refuse of any order under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. Since the appeal has duly been provided under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The present revision is not maintainable. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate appeal in accordance with law. 4. Liberty granted. 5.
