By an order dated 3rd December, 2024, this Court granted letters of administration to the petitioner subject to furnishing security of Rs.5 lakh upon completion of all formalities. 2. After the order was passed by this Court dated 3rd December, 2024, the Registrar, Original Side, has filed the report on 10th February, 2025 raising some issues and on receipt of the said report, this Court has fixed the matter for examination of the witnesses to prove the Will on the basis of which the petitioner intend to get the Letters of Administration. The petitioner has examined two witnesses, namely, Satarudriya Mukherjee and Suresh Ade. 3. During the evidence of the witnesses, the documents were exhibited being Exhibit A/1, Exhibit B and Exhibit C. 2 4. Considering the evidence, this Court finds that the plaintiff has proved the Will. 5. Accordingly, the department is directed to issue Letters of Administration in terms of the order dated 3rd December, 2024. 6. PLA 598 of 2022 is disposed of. (KRISHNA RAO, J.) S.De
