GP FOR IRRIGATION COMM AREA DEV The Court made the following: ::ORDER :: The above writ petition was filed to declare the action of the respondents in not paying the amount in relation to the works executed by the petitioner i.e. (i) Formation of ayacut road from Madanatapuram to Abdullapuram road near Madanantapuram (V), Kolimigundla (M), Kurnool District, (ii) Desilting of Surplus course of Thimmanayunipeta M.I. Tank near Thimmanayunipeta (V), Kolimigundla (M), Kurnool District, (iii) Desilting of Sree Rama kunta near Kammavaripalli (V), Kolimigundla (M), Kurnool District and (iv) Desilting of Erra Chenu Phase-II near Lacchumpalli (V), Kolimigundla (M), Kurnool District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up, Sri S. Satish, learned Assistant Government Pleader, submitted the written instructions of respondent No.6 dated 17.06.2026 and would submit that the amount was paid to the petitioner on 07.06.2022. The copy of instructions was handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. 3. Sri Shaik Jahangeer Basha, learned counsel representing Smt. Nimmagadda Revathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner has not been in contact with the counsel. 4. Though the petitioner is not in contact with the counsel, given the instructions, the amount was paid to the petitioner on 07.06.2022 pending the writ petition. Hence, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further adjudication is required in the writ petition, and the same has become infructuous by efflux of time. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
