This Criminal Petition is filed seeking cancellation of bail granted to the 1st respondent herein in Crl.M.P.No.335 of 2021 in Crime No.197 of 2021 on the file of V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Allagadda, Kurnool District, dated 13.12.2021. 3. When the matter was taken up, it was submitted by both the learned counsel that the accused, against whom the present Criminal Petition is filed for cancellation of the bail, was released on bail on 13.12.2021, expired on 09.11.2022. 4. To substantiate the said fact of death, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor placed on record the proceedings of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Allagadda, in Sessions Case No.172 of 2022, wherein it is stated that the case stands abated. 5. Without going into the merits of the case and upon considering the material placed on record, the Criminal Petition requires no further hearing and hence, dismissed. 6.
