Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology submits that in view of change of policy in respect of Manganese Ore which is a major mineral and as such, the instant Writ Petition is not maintainable. 3. At that juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition, granting liberty to work out his legal remedies in accordance with the law. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology reported no objection. 4 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is withdrawn as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to workout out his legal remedies in accordance with the law. There shall be no order as to costs.
