When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Santhi Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in view of subsequent events taken place in the lis, he seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to work out his legal remedies in accordance with law. 3. Permission as sought for is accorded. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his legal remedies in accordance with law. 4 There shall be no order as to costs.
