Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate order or direction more particularly one in the nature of the writ of mandamus declaring the G.O.Ms.No. 13 Industries and Commerce (Mines - III) Department, dated 14.3.2022 issued by the 1st respondent and the further action of the 6th respondent in submitting report in Rc.B.300/2021, dated 16.7.2021 rejecting to issue NOC for quarry of road metal in an extent of Ac. 10.00 in Sy.

ORDER:- Sri. T.V.Manoj, representing counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the subsequent changes in the policy matters he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition so as to work out legal remedies in terms in accordance with the law.
2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents has not objected for the same.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his legal remedies in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
