This writ petition was filed against the orders dated 10.11.2022 and 12.10.2022, issued by the Child Development Project Officer(CDPO), Nayeralga ICDS Project, Bilasipara, and the District Social Welfare Officer, Dhubri, respectively, whereby, the No. 10 Halongpara AWC (Jhelturchar Pt-III) was proposed to be shifted at village Gutipara Pt-VII(No. 10 Dubarchar LP School) and Barwori Dubarchar LP School. 3. Ms. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that this matter has become infructuous as the No. 10 Halongpara AWC (Jhelturchar Pt-III) has been retained in its original place. She, therefore, prays that the instant writ petition may be disposed of as having become infructuous. 4. In view of the submissions as made above by Ms. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioners, and not objected to by Mr. Borah, learned Government Advocate for the respondents, the writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. 5.
