Ms. Deka, learned Standing counsel, Social Justice & Empowerment Department, has submitted that the contractual dues, receivable by the petitioner to the extent of Rs.17,06,000/- (Rupees Seventeen Lakhs Six Thousand), has already been authorized to it and the said amount has also been credited in the bank account of the petitioner. Mr. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said situation and submits that the contractual dues, claimed in the present writ Page No.# 3/3 petition, has been released to the petitioner and accordingly, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition stands redressed. In view of the authorization to the petitioner the contractual dues receivable by it, no further live issue arises for adjudication in the present writ petition and accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed, on being rendered infructuous.
