This petition has been filed for non-compliance of the directions contained in the order dated 29.03.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.4180/2017.
2. When the matter was taken up today, learned Senior counsel for the respondents submitted that against the aforesaid order, a review petition has been filed in R.P.No.561/2022 in which an ad interim order of stay has been granted by the learned Single Judge on 22.06.2022 which is continued.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, we are not inclined to proceed further with the contempt proceedings.
Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the complainant to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to him in law
