The Court made the following order:
Heard Sri Venkata Subbaiah Pogula, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri M.Chandra Sekhar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is against the action of the respondents in not paying the compensation to the petitioner in respect of the land 45 Sq. Mtrs in R.S.No.188/3A and 38 Sq. Mtrs in R.S.No.190/3A1 totally 83 Sq. Mtrs of Agathavarapadu Village, Pedakakani Mandal, Guntur District. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed before the Court a copy of the written instructions received from the 3rd respondent dated 02.03.2026. A perusal of the same would reflect that the compensation amount was paid to the petitioner in respect of the subject lands. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner did not dispute the same and requested that the petitioner may be granted liberty to seek enhancement of compensation in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to avail appropriate remedies, as available under law, for seeking enhancement of the compensation, if advised. 6. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 3
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
