Bhattacharya, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. N. Sarma, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Elementary Education Department (respondent Nos. 1 to 4). Ms. P. Bhattacharya, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that since the petitioner has already got the relief sought in the present writ petition, she has been instructed by writ petitioner not to press the instant writ petition and accordingly, makes an endorsement before this Court. In view of the aforesaid endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed on being withdrawn. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
