The Court made the following Judgment : The Insurance Company filed the present appeal being aggrieved by the order and decree, dated 20.01.2022 passed in M.V.O.P.No.31 of 2016 by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-II Additional District Judge, Adoni, Kurnool District, whereby and whereunder the Tribunal granted compensation of Rs.2,97,095/-, as against the claim of Rs.5,00,000/-, on account of injuries sustained by the Claimant in a motor accident that occurred on 22.06.2015. Learned counsel for the Appellant/ Insurance Company after arguing for sometime, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, the Motor Accident Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
