Taking into account that the right to sue survives upon the legal representatives of the Petitioner No.11, it is the opinion of this Court that the legal representatives of the Petitioner No.11 are required to be substituted. 3. Accordingly, the legal representatives of the Petitioner No.11 whose names appear at paragraph No.3 of the application are substituted against the Petitioner No. 11 and arrayed as Petitioner Nos.11.1, 11.2 and 11.3 to the accompanying writ petition. 4.
