ORDER: This contempt case is filed for non implementation of the order dated 12.11.2021, passed by this Court in W.P.No.26361 of 2021. 2. After receipt of the notice, the respondents have filed the reply. According to the said reply, the respondents have implemented the orders passed by this Court by removing the godowns in residential area. 3
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, has submitted that the respondents have partially removed and not fully removed. 4. Considering the submissions made by both parties, the contempt case is closed. Since the contempt case is fled against the interim order and the main writ petition is pending, if there is any grievance, the petitioner may agitate the same in the main writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
