JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER 27.02.2026 On 23.02.2026, Mr. S Deka, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the AEGCL had submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the work which was allotted to the respondent No.6 had already been completed on 04.03.2023 and had received the necessary payments. 2. This Court accordingly fixed the instant writ petition today to produce the completion certificate which would show that the work has completed. 3. Pursuant thereto, Mr. S Deka, the learned counsel has placed before this Court the Completion Certificate dated 29.07.2023 issued by the Chief General Page No.# 3/3 Manager (PP&D) AEGCL. The same is kept on record and marked with the letter ‘X’. 4. Taking into account the above, nothing further survives in the instant writ petition and the writ petition stands closed as infrucutous. 5. Interim order passed, if any, stands vacated.
